Trial users don’t need to do anything! You can continue to use your account until the end of the trial. After that, as long as you don’t upgrade, your account will be closed.

If you want to stop your trial early, follow the steps below for paying users.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., software keys, downloadable files, licenses, or access to content), all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.

2. Exceptions

We may offer refunds under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent access or use of the product, and cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable time.

  • Duplicate purchases made accidentally.

  • Non-receipt of product despite a successful payment and no record of download or access.

To request a refund under these exceptions, please contact us at [support@example.com] within 7 days of your purchase. You will need to provide:

  • Your order ID

  • Proof of issue (e.g., screenshots, error messages)

  • A brief description of the problem

3. Unauthorized Use

Refunds will not be issued for products purchased without the account holder’s consent (e.g., family members or friends purchasing on your behalf).

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve the issue will be considered a violation of this policy and may result in account suspension or denial of future service.
