⚠️ Important Information ⚠️
❌ Apple ID Logins – Please don’t sign in with your Apple ID to make a purchase. Many customers who do this report having issues accessing their digital files afterward. Etsy and Apple logins don’t seem to work well together. To avoid frustrations, it’s best to use Google, email, or Facebook to log in when making a purchase.
✅ Resell Price Requirements – The majority of items in my shop do not have any minimum price resell requirements. On the very few listings that do, the requirement will be clearly stated in the product description so you’ll know before purchasing.
✅ Digital Items Only – Everything here is digital and available as an instant download. No physical items will be shipped. The only exception is one physical sticker I sell.
✅ Downloading Your Files – Etsy’s system works best on a computer. The Etsy app does not support digital downloads. Some people are able to download using their phone’s browser by switching to the Etsy desktop site, but this doesn’t always work for everyone. Because of that, Etsy officially recommends downloading on a computer for the smoothest experience.
To access your files:
1. Log into your Etsy account on a computer (or mobile browser, not the app).
2. Go to Your Account > Purchases.
3. Download your files from there.
👉 If you’re able to download digital products successfully on your phone without issues, that’s completely fine too. You didn’t do anything wrong—this note is just here to help customers avoid common frustrations.
✅ Canva Subscription Info – Most products in my shop are designed to open in Canva. If a file requires Canva Pro, I’ll clearly state that in the listing title, description, or photos. A small number of products are provided as PDFs or via Google Drive, and that will always be mentioned in the listing as well.
✅ Refund Policy – Because digital products cannot be “returned,” Etsy does not allow refunds on them. However, if you run into any problems, please message me—I’m always happy to help.
✅ Reselling on Etsy – Etsy requires that you redesign the cover page(s) if you plan to resell a digital product. This rule applies across the platform, in everyone’s shops even if a seller doesn’t mention it.
👉 The only exception is if the seller explicitly states that you’re allowed to use their advertised cover page for resale purposes.
✅ Licensing Terms – Each product comes with a specific license (MRR, PLR, or personal use only). Please check the listing description for the exact usage rights before purchasing.
✅ Logging In to Access Purchases – If you used Google, Facebook, or another login method at checkout, make sure to log back in with that same method to access your files, otherwise you wont be able to locate them.
✅ Guest Checkout – If you bought as a guest without an Etsy account, Etsy will send an email with download instructions. Be sure to check your email inbox as well as your spam folder in case it gets sent there.
✅ Discounts – Etsy only allows one discount per transaction. If you’d like to use more than one, you’ll need to make separate purchases. (This is Etsy’s policy, not mine.)
🚫 Copying Listings – Do not copy my product titles, descriptions, or use my listing photos. You’re welcome to take inspiration and reword things in your own style, but not word-for-word. My product listing photos cannot be used in your shop/website/subscription service, etc… Your shop content should be unique to your brand.
🚫 No Off-Etsy Transactions – For security reasons, all purchases and communication must stay on Etsy Chat. Please don’t share personal information like emails or phone numbers (Etsy policy).
